• When submitting a website inquiry: Name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), inquiry details
• Software usage statistics (optional, with consent): Anonymous installation identifier, product name and version, operating system and version, device architecture, language, access region (country/region) — IP addresses are used solely to determine region and are not stored thereafter.
• In-app ad impressions and clicks (optional, with consent): Anonymous identifier, ad impression and click status with timestamps, product, access region (country). Collected for ad performance measurement purposes only; individuals are not identified.
• Automatically generated and collected information: Service usage records, access logs (for security and statistical purposes, retained for a set period)

The Company does not collect sensitive information such as beliefs, health data, or national identification numbers.

2. Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information

• Receiving and responding to inquiries, and handling consultations and contracts (product adoption and custom development)
• Improving product and service quality, identifying errors, and analyzing usage statistics
• Displaying in-app advertisements and measuring ad performance (impressions and clicks)
• Fulfilling legal obligations and handling disputes

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the periods specified below.

• Inquiry and consultation records: 3 years after the matter is resolved
• Raw software usage statistics data: 6 months (thereafter retained only as de-identified aggregate statistics)
• Where retention is required by applicable law, for the period prescribed by such law

4. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not disclose users' personal information to third parties, except as required by applicable law.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource certain tasks, such as cloud infrastructure, for service operations. When doing so, the Company establishes the necessary provisions to ensure that personal information is handled securely by the service provider. Data is stored in domestic regions as a general principle.

6. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time, and may withdraw consent to usage statistics collection (via in-app settings or the contact information below). The Company will take action without delay.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information for which the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled is deleted using methods that make electronic files irrecoverable, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

8. Security Measures

The Company implements reasonable safeguards including access control management, transmission encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and multi-factor authentication.

9. Automatic Data Collection Tools Such as Cookies

The Company may use a minimal number of cookies for service operation and analytics. Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings.
