Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users in connection with the use of all services provided by the Company (hereinafter "Services"), including finished software products, custom development, licensing, and websites.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means any individual or legal entity that uses the Services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• "Product" means any finished software or custom development deliverable sold or distributed by the Company.
• "License" means the right of use granted by the Company that permits a User to use a Product.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service interface. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law, and will provide advance notice of any changes, specifying the effective date and reasons for the amendment.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company provides product sales, downloads and updates, custom development, license issuance, customer support, and more. The Company may modify all or part of the Services as needed for operational or technical reasons. The Company may also display advertisements within the Services and Products (apps); responsibility for advertising content and linked external sites lies with the respective advertisers.

Article 5 (Use of Services and Licenses)

Products may only be used within the scope of the license granted by the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, rent, or reverse-engineer any Product, nor transfer any rights, without the Company's prior consent. Payments, refunds, and subscriptions for Products provided through app stores are governed by the policies of the respective store.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

• Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and any guidelines provided by the Company.
• Users must not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
• Information provided by Users must be accurate and must be updated promptly upon any change.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Products and Services belong to the Company or their respective rightful owners. Users may not use them beyond the scope of the granted license.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts attributable to Users, or illegal acts by third parties. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and customary practices. In the event of a dispute, the Company and the User shall endeavor to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, either party may bring the matter before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
